12 large, airy box stalls; 4 stalls have attached private mini-paddocks. Stalls are bedded with premium, low-dust bedding. All stalls have rubber mats and large windows and are cleaned twice daily.
Comfortable heated boarder's locker room with large tack lockers, sink, washer/dryer and small refrigerator. Heated rest room also in barn.
Large wash rack with hot/cold running water.
Owner/manager lives on site and is committed to individualized, expert care of your horse.
Very large indoor arena with shredded rubber/sand footing, mirrors, lights, and observation area attached to main barn.
Large sand outdoor arena is well drained with excellent sand footing.
Large jump field and plenty of room to hack out on over 100 acres.
Large, safely fenced grassy paddocks with run-in sheds. Paddocks are carefully managed and rotated to preserve the grass, which is of exceptional quality and specially designed for grazing horses. Non-grass turnout paddocks also available for horses whose grazing must be limited.
For their health, horses are turned out at least 12 hours EVERY day. Hay is provided when grass paddocks are resting. Blanketing is customized to each horse's needs.
Hay is grown on-site and is a specially-designed grass/alfalfa mix developed by Michigan State University.
Individualized feeding program with supplements fed as needed (provided by owner).
Professional training and lesson program available, as well as horses for lease or sale.
